Privacy
The short version. Full Table is software that runs on your Mac. Your events, customers, menus, and money live in one file on your computer. We don't have it, can't see it, and don't want it.
What the app sends, and when
The app makes a network connection only when you ask it to do something that needs one:
Email. When you press Email on a document, the app hands the message to your Mail app, or sends it through your own Google account or mail server if you set that up. The message goes from you to your customer; it never passes through us.
Google Calendar. If you connect a Google account and press Push, event dates go to your own calendar.
Inbox watch. Off by default. If you turn it on, the app reads mail in that Google account that matches a filter you set (your website form's notifications, typically) and turns each into a prospect in your data file. It reads only messages matching the filter, on your Mac, and never changes, moves, or deletes anything in the mailbox.
Square. If you connect Square, the app asks Square to create a pay link for an invoice amount, and later asks whether it's been paid. Square's privacy policy covers that.
The Assistant. If you turn it on and add your own Anthropic API key, menu item names and counts are sent to Anthropic to draft descriptions and suggest menus. Customer names and event notes are not sent. Off by default.
Logo and address lookup. Typing a customer's website fetches their logo from a public icon service; typing a venue address looks up its map position from OpenStreetMap. Just the domain or the address, nothing else.
Updates. Once a day the app asks download.fulltable.catering whether a newer version exists. That request carries the app version and nothing about you or your business.
That's the whole list. There is no account, no login, no analytics, no crash reporting that runs on its own. The Copy diagnostics button under Help puts a text summary on your clipboard for you to email us if you choose; it contains version numbers and error messages, not your data.
This website is hosted on Squarespace, which keeps ordinary server logs. The early-access form sends what you type to travis@fulltable.catering and nowhere else. We don't run ads or ad trackers.
Your data file (Full Table.catering in Documents › Catering) is a standard SQLite database. You can copy it, back it up, open it with other tools, or delete it. If you stop using Full Table, delete the file and the app; nothing remains anywhere else.
