From inquiry
to invoice.
Every job, from the first email to the last dish back.
Full Table is catering software built by a caterer, for the small kitchen that does it all. One inquiry becomes a proposal, a contract, a kitchen sheet, a pack list, and an invoice — the same numbers on every page, nothing retyped. It counts the trays, the chafers, and the serving spoons so you don't have to. And you buy it once: no monthly fee, no per-event cut, and your data lives on your own Mac.
Built by a caterer who still packs the van.

Inquiry.
Paste the email. The event, the customer, the date, and the count fill themselves in. Set a hold on the calendar.
Proposal & Contract.
Build the menu from your library; the price suggests itself and you type over it. Deposit, terms, tax, and delivery follow your rules, not ours. Send it; every version is kept.
The kitchen & the van.
Production sheet by day, pack list that knows what you own and what to rent, buffet cards with allergens, a temp log. Tray math to the pan.
Invoice & close-out.
Record what was served and what came back. The invoice matches the proposal. A pay link if you want one. Reports for the books.
Software that’s been in the van.
Venue software stops at the contract. Full Table keeps going: how many half-pans of biryani for 80, which chafers, how many tongs and ladles, how many sleeves of forks, what's hot, what's cold, what goes in the deli containers. It prints the buffet cards with the dietary badges. It prints the pack list. It prints the temp log. The kitchen sheet for Saturday covers every event on Saturday, not one at a time.
